Small apps for the paperwork and plans that matter.

Redbrook Labs makes iPhone and iPad apps that do one job well and keep your information yours. Each one starts with a real problem, and ships only when it's calm to use.

Split Drive

Find a place that's fair for everyone to get to.

Friends share where they're starting from, and Split Drive ranks places by the shortest total trip. Location stays at city level and invites expire after an hour.

How we build

Yours stays yours

Records sync through your own iCloud. We build apps so we never need to see them.

One job, done carefully

No feature piles. Every screen answers a single question and answers it clearly.

Honest about the free plan

Free is genuinely useful. Paid removes limits and ads, and says so up front.

About

Redbrook Labs is an independent studio. Apps are designed, built and supported by one person, which is why they stay small and why support emails get answered.

Tyler MontgomeryFounder and developer, Redbrook Labs

Tyler is a full-stack developer based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with a computer science degree from UNC Charlotte (systems and networking) and a background in IT, system administration and network support. He founded Redbrook Labs to build small, careful apps, and he designs, builds and supports each one himself. That is why the apps stay focused and why the support inbox gets read.
